  5. Why? • Save the restaurant money • Cost of one full-time waiter, even part time waiter is more costly (breaks, vacations…) • Does not replace but supplements the role of the waiter • Makes waiters more efficient • Accurate • Reduces wait time for customers, satisfying customers
