Analysis of Performance

  6. Observation: Description of skillsperfect model • Purpose: • To compare the strengths and weaknesses of the performer’s skill to perfect model. Eg; .... Executes chest passes effectively because she holds the ball in a ‘W’ shape, elbows in. She then extends her armat the same time as stepping forward in the direction she is passing. Her arms follow through [remain extended with the triceps contracted and biceps relaxed] in the direction of the receiver, then quickly recovers......
