  2. プロポーザルの公募要領 • １年に２度（２期）受付 • S07A (07年2月－07年7月、06年9月受付） • S07B (07年8月－08年1月、07年3月?受付) • Normal Program • 最大５夜 / semester • Target of Opportunity (ToO) Program も含む • Intensive Program • ６夜～最大１０夜 / semester, 最大２０夜 / 4 semesters • 異なるテーマであれば Normal Program にも応募可 • Service Program • ４時間 / semester • Normal / Intensive から1月遅れの受付

  4. プロポーザルの審査 • Normal Program • １９の分野カテゴリから８～９グループに仕分け • ５名審査員（２名程度外人） / グループ • 相対評価（５点）、絶対評価（４項目各３点） • Intensive Program • インタビュー（３０分） • 不採択課題はNormal Program枠で再考慮 • Service Program • TACメンバーによる審査

  6. （技術的）注意事項 • 公募要領を熟読する • 天体の観測可能時期・時間を正しく調査する • 分野カテゴリを正しく選択する • Minimum Acceptable Number of Nightsは、適当に書かずに熟慮して記入する • Schedule Requirementsは、天体の観測可能時期などから正しく記入する • Observing Method and Technical Detailsは、十分に考慮して詳細に記入する

  7. 一般的な指針 • まず、内容が第一である。 • オリジナリティを重視する。 • レフェリーは、プロポーザルの課題分野を専門とする人だけではない。論文レフェリーとは違う。 • ポイントがよくまとまったプロポーザルは、誰が読んでもわかりやすい。 • 一度落ちただけであきらめない。 • やはり、内容が勝負である。
