PROFILAXI DEL TÈTANUS EN CAS DE FERIDA SERVEI D’URGÈNCIES 1Per començar o completar la vacunació (DOSI ADMINISTRADA DOSI QUE HI COMPTA) 2Sí, si fa > 10 anys de l’última dosi 3Sí, si fa > 5 anys de l’última dosi  Profilaxis immunoglobulina antitetànica (IGT) - 250 UI o 4 UI/kg intramuscular - 500 UI en cas de ferides anfractuoses (penetrants, brutes, destrucció de teixit) o infectades o bé si han passat > 24 h desde la ferida, així com a adults amb un pes superior a la mitja  En les ferides netes: no és necessari administrar cap dosi de record en un individu vacunat correctament, si ha passat < 10 anys de l’última dosi  En les ferides contaminades: cal administrar una dosi de reforç, si ha passat > 5 anys des de l’última dosi SITUACIONS MÉS FREQÜENTS RESPECTE A LA VACUNA Td EN ADULTS NASCUTS A L’ESTAT ESPANYOL Dra.
