Entry points for CS – Global Fund • Board • 20 Constituencies (10 Donors; 10 Implementers) • 3 CS Constituencies (each with Board + Alternate): • Communities delegation • Developing Countries delegation • Developed Countries delegation • Various sizes (15-50); email contact/teleconferences; • 15 members can attend board meetings – 2 x year • Communication Focal Points • Active engagement in GF Committees and and advisory groups
