The contributions come specifically from their corporate office and franchisees, who either promise a dollar amount for every job they perform in October or give a specific amount. Last year, Dryer Vent Wizard was able to donate almost $21,000, boosting their sum total donations made to the Children's Burn Foundation to $63,955. In order to meet their 2017 target of raising $25,000, their corporate office performed some exclusive fundraising along with their upcoming October campaign. On June 3rd, members of the corporate team joined in the Tough Mudder race to increase knowledge for the Children's Burn Foundation. Tough Mudder is a stamina competition where attendees aim to race through a muddy 10-- 12 mile-long military-style obstacle course. This is the first year Dryer Vent Wizard has entered into in a Tough Mudder race, and they are hopeful that they will encounter as much warm support for the Children's Burn Foundation during this Tough Mudder drive as they have throughout their past five years of National Fire Prevention Month drives.
