  2. Being a property manager, establishing a good relationship with our tenants is important if we want to avoid having too many vacancies at once.

  3. So, for us to encourage a high chance of our tenants renewing their lease agreements, here are what we can do:

  4. Talk to them early. About 12 to 24 months before they reach the end of their lease agreement, we can approach our tenants and start negotiating a renewal.
