Hi Rudy Silva, Natural Nutritionist and today I want to share with you some health tips that will help you no matter what illness you are dealing with. I want to give you health tips that can change your health within a months’ time. Just be consistent and persistent in using these tips and you will see results. Here’s tip 1: 1.Change your acid body into an alkaline body This is perhaps the most critical area that you should concentrate on, if you want good health. It’s eliminating and creating an alkaline body. Why is this so important? Because, excess acid, in your body, contributes to all kinds of ills, such as, Low level inflammation that contributes to degradation of tissue and organs over time Gout and other types of muscle and joint pain Cancer Stomach disorders Depletion of necessary mineral body stores, causing mineral deficiencies. Kidney stones Accumulation of bacteria and pathogens in various parts of your body I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea that an acid body is a killer.
Here’s tip 2. Change your acid body like this. Drinking more water to eliminate acid in your body Eat more fresh fruits in the morning to neutralize body acid Don’t eat anything in the morning except fruits and their juices and vegetables Drink fruit juices or fruits during morning and lunch breaks. Back off on eating a lot of meat, dairy products, and carbohydrates. These produce acid in your body. You can do all this. Just try it. For a few weeks and see the difference in how you feel.
The other area that you need to be concerned with is keeping your brain healthy, so that you can avoid dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Here’s tip 3. Add melatonin and exercise to your daily routine. Use melatonin every night. First melatonin will give you longer and deeper sleep. Melatonin is one of the anti-oxidants for your brain, which destroys free radicals. It’s these radicals that produce brain amyloids with other elements, which lead to dementia. Fruits and vegetables are packed with anti-oxidants, so eat a lot of them and take a good anti-oxidant supplement.
