  8. LEGAL: Disputes, claims and mitigation Shareholder agreements Joint ventures slide 8

  9. Legal Negotiation and agreements Negotiating shareholder agreements and joint ventures means you will probably want experts with global capability to help you through the process: this is another aspect where the experience of the team at Vector PTS is invaluable. They have provided sound, confidential advice to a number of clients including COSCO in Italy and APM TERMINALS in France as well as Turkish clients, helping them arrive at the best possible outcome in support their future plans. slide 9

  10. Legal Disputes, claims and mitigation Its uncomfortable, but it happens, and even the best companies can find themselves in dispute with their suppliers, contractor and clients, from causes as diverse as accidents, negligence or even Acts of God. English law firms Holman Fenwick Willan, Mills & Co and Reynolds Porter Chamberlain and The London P&I Club are our clients. Good conflict resolution means understanding and working through whatwent wrong, allocating responsibility, estimating the consequent loss and the cost of putting the damage right: further, the experts that make up the team have a wealth of experience in global dispute investigation and have given evidence as Experts Witnesses.
