Priorities 2/2 • Developing criteria for the assessment of coastal discharge permits - pipelines • Moving towards implementing spatial planning in oceans and coasts • Developing and monitoring indicators • Developing several areas of human and technical competence • Currently undertaking second recruitment drive (first focussed on Coastal Management)
