  2. Reflect upon the achievements of the Coalition and our partners over the last six months Look ahead towards the next six months and beyond, identifying new initiatives and activities. Operationalize our new strategic plan through the process of creating new linkages and relationships -thematic, operational, and geographic. Our objectives

Our Strategic Goals • Increase availability, predictability, and sustainability of financing for RH supplies • Strengthen capacity of health systems to deliver RH supplies in a sustainable manner • Assure the added value of the Coalition as a productive and sustainable global partnership through efficiency, advocacy, and innovation

  4. New bilateral support for supplies has grown New efforts to increase access to existing resources Greater engagement of the commercial sectors Financing

  9. Open to any organisation with a stake in RH supplies Commitment to the Vision, Mission, and Principles of the Coalition The Secretariat processes membership registration Affiliates of an umbrella organisation may apply for separate membership Membership recommendations

  10. Regular communication from the Secretariat and access to Coalition resources Support and advice from the Secretariat Freedom to propose subjects or topics of interest Eligibility to serve a governing role Rights of membership

To complete registration process Affirm support of RH, RH supplies, and the mission and values Understand and comply with the operational Terms of Reference Actively participate in the work of the Coalition Allow name to be listed as a Coalition member organization Declare any potential or actual conflicts of interest Communicate openly with Secretariat Responsibilities of membership

  12. Members are eligible to join any WG The Heads of WGs should be formally elected for two years Members exercise one vote Working Group recommendations

Executive Committee • Chair and Chair-Elect of the Executive Committee • Heads of the three WGs • UN agency currently mandated to address RH supplies • Largest bilateral contributor to RH commodities • Second bilateral agency providing support to RH supply security • NGO with the largest service delivery network • South/south network with a focus on RH • Foundation contributor to the operational costs of the Secretariat • International financing institution • Executive Director (ex officio)
