  3. Final License Application • To be filed with FERC no later than February 28, 2011 • Includes response to comments table and modifications to Draft License Application • All participants will receive electronic version consistent with CEII, Confidential, and Privileged requirements

  4. Final License Application Distribution • Relicensing participants that received paper copies of the DLA will be issued revised copies:

  5. FERC Relicensing Timeline(Following Submittal of the Final License Application) Does not assume continued negotiation

Proposed Negotiation Process Submit a request to FERC for additional time and a delay of issuance of the Notice of Ready for Environmental Analysis to complete negotiations on Proposed PM&E Measures Continue collaboration with the stakeholders post-filing of the FLA (March through June 2011) Develop Supplemental Information including rationale supporting consensus of PCWA and Relicensing Participants on resolved issues (if applicable) Submit Supplemental Information to FERC onNovember 1, 2011
