Our bespoke machines, equipment and systems are all carefully thought out and planned to deliver and meet our Customers specific individual requirements, with value and reliability being paramount throughout. Our flexibility allows us to offer a wide variety of construction styles and methods of operation to supplement or enhance existing process equipment. A multi lane transfer belt conveyor for wrapped biscuits with full length product guides, diverters and transition plates to a check weigh and reject station. Drive is provided by a compact single drum unit. A fully automated fill and weigh station for loose biscuit product with indexing buffer infeed and take out conveyors. The scale control has selectable pre-sets for a range of product weights. A self contained biscuit assortment twin track tin coding conveyor with adjustable non marking side guides, integrated ink jet printer, sensor and control. All tubular frame design ensures fully hygienic construction. A newly developed jam heating vessel with inner hot water chamber and outer insulation chambers. The jam is constantly agitated with non metallic paddles to assist the flow through and consistency. 1700mm belt width dough feed, cutter and metal detection conveyors with automatic belt tracking, combined reversing action and pneumatic diverter chute for handling rejected product. Replacement manual packing stations for biscuit assortments to give enhanced ergonomic layout for operators, improved product infeed and greater flexibility for accommodating pack size variations and changeovers.
