  9. DEALING WITH DIVERSITY • Knowledge of views/opinions in other cultures • Insight into one’s own norms and values and those of ‘others’ and the capacity to make interventions based on this insight • Capacity to act free from imposing norms • Capacity to switch perspectives or codes
