  3. Students (ACT) • Email Charge in 2014 • Engage the students at TWU – asking them what they wanted from their email system. • Sponsored lunches, breakfasts, open forums, information tables, online chat rooms, and surveys. • The Result • The student body chose overwhelmingly to move to Google.
