  16. ENTERPRISE Dear St. Thomas,                          Thank you very much for showing us how to make Chinese lanterns. If we were given the paper and a set of instructions we would never have managed. We struggled with making our own lantern but we got there in the end.  We also enjoyed the story in Mandarin. We were interested in the way language worked.  Thank you again for helping us. We hoped you liked our school and enjoyed yourselves.  Niamh and Rebecca, Rothiemay Primary School. Thanks for coming to make Chinese lanterns. It was an awesome experience the two of us and our class mates enjoyed it. We learned a lot about the Chinese people we can still make a lantern. We have already made our lantern. We have learned mandarin and other words Chinese people say. We know the word for knife the way Chinese people speak is awesome and it sounds weird. Thanks again Shane and Ewan Rothiemay Primary School
