  3. Type IIINSECURE BOSS Approval Seeking (my idea should work). Feeling of inadequacy. Suspicious. Knows he is not competent Pleases his bosses thoroughly. Protective about job. Frustrated. Doesn’t allow his subordinates to meet the superiors directly.

  4. Type IIITHE TARGET TYRANT Unduly perfectionist. Sets unrealistic goals. Over competitive. Workaholic. Type `A’ behaviour person. Pushes subordinates very badly. Suffocating. Destroys creativity.

  5. Type IV THE WIMP Plays Safe Over-dependent Shifts responsibility No blaming No challenge- No risk Rule bound Risk averse

  6. Type VTHE CHAOITIC BOSS Goal setting is very weak. No priorities. Does not take risk. Very stressed. Crisis creator Does not take responsibility

  7. Concept of a Blue Organisation Focuses on Long Term Results. Driven by the Systems. Has clear Thoughts on - Vision - Mission - Objectives - Strategy etc. Takes stock of the things. Takes a look towards workplaces abuses. Believes in “ One Life To Love”.
