Short summary As the staff at a local radio station plan their summer party, the excitement of a special celebrity guest sends the team into a whirlwind of confusion, mistaken identity and false hopes.
Aims and Ambitions • To create a short, sharp comedy which makes people laugh with a relatable storyline. • To have an informative and eye catching website to accompany the show • To create an interesting ‘making of’ video to upload to the website • To develop our skillset and knowledge
What will happen at the degree show? • Computer screens with headphones to listen to the show and navigate the website • A video projection screen showing the behind the scenes footage • Production pack • The room will be dressed - Summer Party theme
What makes it worthwhile? • Will appeal to potential employers • Potential to start a catalogue of shows (Cloud 9) • Website is a good show reel to take/email to potential employers • Builds skillset and knowledge of an industry we are interested in • We will enjoy it and will develop skills in new areas – scriptwriting, character development, website design
