It is an international fashion. The hoop earrings are the lightest pieces of jewelry but they carry the weight of the world. Hoop earrings have significant meanings for different cultures in the human world. They were worn by Kings and queens once upon a time and used to signify power and the social status. Hoop earrings are now measured as a statement of unity and strength. In ancient days, hoop earrings both Egyptian men and women flaunted these earrings with charm on their ear to give a gorgeous look. Royal Egyptians wore heavy thick hoops to symbolize their wealth, status and power. Fashion trends changed in Europe and lightweight hoop earrings with charm became more popular than the heavy pendant jewelry.
