  1. 1605 - 1645 hrs Panelist Samar Shivdasani, Executive Director – Banking Business, Oxigen Services Samar has 14 years of global experience in the fields of technology and consumer finance. After spending 6 years with GE Capital he joined Oxigen in 2010 to lead the Rural Banking and Mobile Money initiative. Since then he has led the integration and roll out of Business Correspondent services with SBI, YES Bank and ICICI in 15 states. He has also launched 2 mobile wallets in the market including Oxicash, which is India’s first non-bank wallet to offer money transfer services using National Payment Corporation of India’s Immediate Payment Service.
