Stress and anxiety is caused by a feeling of vulnerability. This is a state of mind that can create a sense of tension and discomfort, which is felt as nervousness. This nervousness can be manifested as a fear of having another panic attack, a fear of talking in public, or a fear of being exposed to social situations. Stress and anxiety is related to the feeling of terror.
