  5. Scenario Triad, Inc. wants to determine possible stressors for its expatriates. Triad Inc. has expatriates working around the world and has recently seen an increase in the number of expatriates returning home early from their assignments. This phenomena is increasing the company’s costs and decreasing expatriate productivity. Triad Inc. believes that if they offer on-going support program for expatriates and their families once they are relocated there will be a decrease in the number expatriates returning

  10. Experiential Exercise Write a memo to Triad Inc. providing them with the information they need to develop an Expatriate Support Program. Focus on the work and non-work hindrances that may be detrimental to expatriates.
