Why ProMax Online???? • ProMax Online Version 8.0 is a stream-lined, fully integrated web-based program that can manage every aspect of your operation, from desking to CRM, inventory management, and much more. The new 8.0 version is more powerful than ever before with an all-new compliance package option, including digital signature pads and electronic archiving. ProMax Online 8.0 performs the functions of lease software, special finance software, prospect and customer follow up software and inventory managementsoftware, all in one program. It can be accessed from any computer and is easy to use! • In this hand out you will find several screen shots from ProMax online. We use ProMax Online and it saves us time and money, it takes the place of several software systems in one easy to use system. No more keying in the customer information several times in different systems. • It is also Red Flag compliant and handles all OFAC screening and Do Not Call list compliances. • ProMax is also a Certified One Source CRM.

  3. PROSPECT LOG This is your landing page, shows all logged customers, visit type, lead source, phone numbers, CBI score, sales rep, trade in and deals, red flag status, etc.

  4. Trade-in Screen The trade-in screens allows to you appraise your trade with MMR, Autocheck and Carfax with a push of a button. Also shows all book values.

  5. Special Finance Search Special Finance Search allows you to search your inventory to find the most profitable unit on your lot, see next page for results.

  6. Special Finance Search Results The search then sorts the results by profit then by lender, so in a few seconds you will see what units will work for your customer and your most profitable unit.

  7. F&I Screen Once you have decided which unit you want to desk, click the stock number and it takes you to the F&I screen, where you can print a proposal, menu, submit through Dealer Track or Route One and push to R&R or ADP.

  8. Proposal You have your choice of proposals to use in ProMax, this one is the alt choice, but you also have a 4square, and Multi-option.

  9. Menu This is the menu, which you can customize for any products you sell, you can also have it signed using a signature pad.

  10. Customer Workscreen The customer work screen is where all info on the customer is keep, included all interactions through email and GM OneSource info.

  11. Credit App Submital This screen lets you complete the credit app and submit to your lenders through Dealertrack or route one or Fax, you can submit a structure or a payment call.

  12. Inventory Tracking ProMax also keeps all of your New and Used Inventory and you can run multiple reports, the report above shows 50+ days units and Black Book Values.

  13. Inventory Record The inventory record shows all info for each unit and all book values, including NADA, Blue Book and Black Book you can print a book out sheet for either source.

  14. ROI Report ROI report shows what you have sold and average gross and return, shows how many in stock, average days and number sold in last 45 days and how many you need.

  15. Reports Track your advertising dollars and see where your money is best spent.

  16. Sales Person Tracking Sales Person Tracking report shows units, gross, incoming calls, appointments, etc.

  17. Sales Person Daily Workplan Sales Person Daily Workplan, keep track of what your salesperson is doing, what calls they are making and appointments they have coming in. Great for one-on-ones.
