  2. Description : Horizontal Autoclave is a cylindrical oriented autoclave with internal tank capacity of 150 L. Fully automatic computer controlled process with 134°C sterilizing temperature and 0.22 MPa hydraulic pressure. Equipped with vacuum breaker, water level indicator, steam trap and automatic pressure control switch for safe operation. Device comes with high grade durable stainless steel construction and multiport valve for controlling sterilization cycle effectively. Features: Adopted and designed on basis of downward displacement principle Steam jacket and unit is constructed with 304 grade stainless steel material Equipped with 1 standard perforated tray for sample loading Whole unit is horizontally mounted on heavy duty stainless steel tubular stand Lid made of stainless steel tightened by radial locking system which cannot be opened when under pressure Automatic door opening mechanism when inner pressure drops to 0.027 MPa Sterilization cycle is controlled by single point multi-port valve fitted at front top Moisture trap fitted in chamber discharge line to absorb condensate automatically Fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve and steam release valve Equipped with pressure control safety valve which automatically unlocks when pressure rises over 0.24 MPa Fitted with Dial thermometer to indicate the inner chamber temperature Specifications: Sterilizing chamber volume 150 L
