  10. Orders and Information • Exetec will confirm official Purchasing Priceliststo the Distributors • Distributors issue and send Purchasing orders to Exetec • Invoice and shipping papers are made by Exetec

  11. Delivery • Delivery HMI available from warehouse • Availability HMI 1st February 2008 • For orders till Tuesday • Goods are shipped on Friday • Delivery terms 4 – 5 working days • Delivery by UPS , TNT

  12. Transport, VAT Tax • If transport will be organized by DistributorExetec will make the invoice for the HMI • If transport will be organized by Exetec,Exetec make invoice for HMI + transport cost,and the VAT will be charged to your VAT account

  13. Warranty • Warranty time is 12 months from delivery • In case of warranty claim, the HMI will be sent to Exetec • if warranty is accepted the HMI will be replaced by a new one from Stock

Warranty • The HMI will be sent to Exetec with Pro-forma Invoice • If warranty is accepted, HMI will be sent back by Exetec with a pro-forma Invoice with following delivery • If warranty is not accepted, HMI will be sent back by Exetec with an Invoice with the agreed repair costs • Exetec will provide a precise description on how to manage this subject within December

  15. Technical support • Goal is to set a complete technical support tillhalf 2008 • Complete support means being able to support product, hardware and software questions and problems • … till then support will be provided by Sitek Tech support
