    13. Bohemian nobles (mostly Protestant) accept Ferdinand II as their king • Ferdinand II begins to do what Phillip II did to the Netherlands • Nobles =  The Spark that Starts the 30 Years War!!

    14. Defenestration: • The act of throwing a person or thing out of a window

    15. Defenestration of Prague starts the War • May 1618 - Protestant nobles threw 3 Royal Officials (of Ferdinand II) out of a Castle Window in Prague, Bohemia.
