International Skills Partnership

This project involved a collaboration between Coleg y Cymoedd and Chongqing Industrial College to benchmark and evaluate various aspects of vocational education in China and the UK. The aim was to promote a mutual interest in work-based learning and secure funding to train VET staff in Chongqing Industrial College. The project included training workshops, study tours, and the provision of tools and resources to implement new initiatives in curriculum delivery. Future plans include staff/student exchanges, industry engagement, ongoing professional development, and expanding the programme to other educational institutions.
