    1. Welcome to the 22nd Annual Holiday Raffle and Casino Night! Thank you for supporting OECPTA! Friday, November 20, 2009 Westside Irish American Club Featuring Jackpot Gaming

Schedule of Events 6:30 Doors/Bar open 6:30 Casino tables open 6:30 50/50 Raffle Tickets start 7:00 Wild Card Raffle and Sideboard Sales start 9:30 DJ Dance Party begins 10:00 50/50 Raffle announced 10:30 Casino Tables close 10:30 Sideboards and Wild Card Raffle winners announced 11:00 Casino Prizes and Grand Prizes announced 11:00 Bar closes

    5. Casino Rules Chips can be purchased in $1.00 and $5.00 increments. Cashiers selling chips will be located at the front of the hall and also walking around the casino tables. (Dealers will not sell chips). For every $5 worth of chips you purchase or win, you can exchange for one BLUE Raffle Ticket. If you have less than $5 worth of chips, you can exchange them for RED Wild Card Raffle tickets (one chip = one RED ticket). Raffle tickets can be placed in the corresponding box for the Casino Prizes you’d like to win! At the end of play, dealers and cashiers can exchange your chip winnings for tickets. No cash winnings will be received, only tickets! Absolutely no refunds of chips for cash. Dealers at each gaming table will be available for questions on “how to play.” Have fun and Win Big!!!

    6. Wild Card Raffle Purchase RED tickets and place them in the corresponding bags for the prize(s) you want to win! RED tickets can be purchased for $1 each or $10 for an arm’s length.
