  2. Introduction • ICT generally defined as technology functioning to support the process of conveying information and communication. In global era, the process of conveying information doesn’t have to be carried out by direct interaction between the communicator and communicant. • By the development of technology having the communication is simple, among the people can interact through telephone, internet, email, satellite, television, video conference, etc. The same case applies also in language learning; in language learning there is a communication process between teacher and student.

  5. In particular case, the computer may act as a teacher or tutor, providing material, guiding a student how to learn it, and giving more information and explanation; computer can also be affective and efficient reference book. (Hartoyo, 2012: 18)

  13. Conclusion ICT is one of the crucial resources in education. It really gives the huge contribution toward education field. ICT utilization should be improved in language learning in order to create teaching learning process which is more effective.
