  1. Fmla centurylink must comply • Employees who use paid and unpaid leave under FMLA may use such leave in increments as small as one (1) minute. • The Act provides 12 work weeks of time . If the employee normally works overtime, the overtime will be included in the calculation providing the employee 12 weeks of FMLA time based on their average work week which maybe greater than 40 hours. • FMLA will now cover overtime (unpaid time) Questions?
