  2. David Safai is a Chief Executive Officer of a reputed company known as Mobixa and IMC Inc. is a parent company of Mobixa. IMC Inc. is an eleven year old company and since inception, this company has been in the industry of refurbishing old mobile handsets and making them available for the resale again. • The company has mainly dealt with the retailers and the wholesale market in these years of business. Due to this, David has been away from the direct consumer market. • To bridge away this gap between his company and the direct consumer, he launched a consumer facing arm for his company, Mobixa.

This company is not a new company as it has been opened as an integral part of a developed company; IMC, Inc. • The company has a staff of over 200 employees who work on the mobile sets, refurbishing them and making them available for resale in the wholesale market. • The consumers have been benefited by getting the best price of their old mobile phones and also by having a better phone at a fine price.
