  2. Slide 2: • In this section I will be talking about what clinical depression is. I will also tell you the sings of clinical depression. The next thing I will talk about is how you can help and who to go to. I will also tell you if it can be treated.

  3. Slide 3: • Clinical depression if not treaded can go away but if not it can lead to suicide so get help.

  4. Slide 4: • The definition of Clinical Depression is a person who is overwhelmed by sad feelings for months and stops being able to carry out everyday activities. It is a form of mental disorder. The signs of Clinical Depression are a person who feels sad and hopeless and has at least four of the following symptoms nearly everyday for at least two weeks:

Continued slide 4: • Change in sleep patterns: either difficulty sleeping or sleeping too much • Change in activity level: either increased physical activity or slowed-down levels of activity • Loss of interest or pleasure in usual activities • Loss of energy, feeling tried all the time • Feelings of worthlessness; excessive or in appropriate guilty feelings

Continued slide 4: • Difficulty thinking or concentrating • Recurrent thoughts of death and suicide • If anyone who shows sings of clinical depression should seek help from a parent, teacher, guidance, counselor, physician, or suicidal, and I may be necessary for the person to enter a hospital. If a depressed person becomes extremely with drawn, dangerous, or suicidal, it may be necessary for the person to enter a hospital.
