Satellite Geodesy, de Gruyter • Chapter 1: Read • Chapter 2: Sections 2.3 on signal propagation • Chapter 3: Everything except 3.2.1.2, 3.2.2.1, 3.2.2.2 (no Lagrange Planetary equations and perturbation theories) • Chapter 4: Everything. • Chapter 6: Up to section 6.1. • Chapter 7: read the essential information. • Chapter 8: entirely. • Chapter 9: entirely • Chapter 10: entirely • Chapter 11, entirely

How to study • Study the essential equations and in particular figures. • Understand all relevant terminology, make a table of contents for your own use and memorize it. • You must be able to identify variables in equations, that is, to explain them and to specify their units. • You must be able to distinguish between main issues and side-issues after following the lectures and doing the excersizes • Prepare yourself for an examination. Don’ t wait till the last minute (hour, or day). Stay active and do study on a regular basis.
