  5. Gould’s Commitment • 10 Year Lease (With 5 Year ‘Break Point’) • Connection of utilities (Electricity and Water) to Cabin Area • Access to existing Foul Water Drainage system • Access to site 363 days per year (in line with Garden Centre Opening Hours)

  6. PN Management Commitment • PN Management will organise and oversee the set up and installation of the Car Wash Facility, including: • Preparation and submission of Planning Application • Installation of water run off pipe and connection to existing foul water system • Preparation and completion of Tarmac area • Erection of Cantilever Canopy • Preparation and installation of portable office building • Act as point of contact

  7. Facilities Management • PN Management will manage the Car Wash facility to ensure: • Collection and payment of rent when due • All staff conduct themselves in a professional manner and exceed customers expectations • All staff comply with current Health and Safety Legislation
