Additional Resources • Back on Track • Two week Intensive Outpatient for Combat Stress and PTSD (MHC) • Outpatient Crisis Prevention Program (OCCP) • One week Intensive Outpatient for Coping and Resiliency Skills building • Combat Stress Group (MHC) • Twice weekly Back on Track continuing care group • Ad-sep Group (MHC) • Weekly support group for service members waiting for admin separation

Additional Resources (cont) • Concussion & mTBI Program (Blast Clinic) • Two week Intensive Outpatient coping, resiliency & education for TBI • Active Duty Women (MHC) • Weekly process and support group for women’s issues • Depression/Anxiety Class (MHC) • Four week cycle of CBT for mild-moderate depression/anxiety • PTSD Group 1 and 2 (DHC) • Twice weekly process group • Relaxation Group (DHC) • Weekly group for relaxation techniques and social support.

  7. Initial Screening • Conducted daily (approximately 20) • Determine an individuals provisional diagnosis and Level of Care. • 45-60 minutes • Reasons Seen: • ARI’s • DRI’s • Self Referrals • Medical

  8. Screening Tools • Navy Clinical Package • DSM-IV-TR • ASAM Patient Placement Criteria • PHQ-9 • AUDIT • PCL-M • TBI Screen • Epworth Sleepiness Scale • Breathalyzer • Saliva Drug Test (randomly)

  9. Intro to Tx/Skills Building • Didactic Sessions • Task Group Sessions • IOP recommendation, OP case-by-case • Once weekly until OP/IOP begins

  10. IMPACT Level .5 • 20 hours of substance use/abuse education and prevention. • 4 half days • Conducted every other week • No Dx • Isolated incidents • AUDIT Score <4

  11. Outpatient Level I • Group Sessions • Didactic Sessions • Individual Sessions • 20-40 hours per week for two weeks • Admission every other week • Abuse/Dependence Dx • AUDIT Score 4-9

  12. Intensive Outpatient Level II.I and II.5 • Group Sessions • Didactic Sessions • Individual Sessions • Up to 100 hours over three weeks • Admission every other week • Abuse/Dependence Dx • AUDIT Score 10+

  13. Continuing Care • Group Sessions • Individual Sessions • Six sessions closed, transferred to open groups • Once per week for two hours • Currently 6 meeting times • Abuse/Dependence Dx • Up to 12 months following treatment

  14. Dual Dx Group • Psychologist/LCSW lead • Didactic/process groups • Twice weekly • Substance abuse/dep and PTSD Dx • Pre/Post treatment as needed
