  5. Strategy Deployed • Capacity Development both institutional and programmatic for KAPOP, Stakeholders • Organizational development for KAPOP • Development of Advocacy processes (Engaging in Advocacy and Campaigning)

  6. Outcomes KAPOP Support group structures developed Leadership for Treatment Literacy and Access Political Commitment from government (leadership) Reduction in Stigma and Discrimination

  7. Outcomes Continues • Visibility and Voices of people living with HIV • Emergence of New Support Groups • Expansion of service delivery points in the State • Increases Number of women and Children accessing treatment

  8. Note • Building capacity is very essential for the effective engagement on HIV&AIDS management issues i.e. comprehensive treatment
