Creating New Styles with CSS Designer • Dreamweaver divides the CSS Designer panel into four sections: Sources, Media, Selectors, and Properties. • (If you don’t see the CSS Designer panel, press Shift + F11 [Windows only] or go to Window → CSS Designer.) • In most of Dreamweaver’s workspaces, the panel appears in the lower-right corner, sharing space with the CSS Transitions panel.

  5. A Rough Outline of the Process: • Choose a Source for your style rule. You add styles to an internal or an external style sheet, or you create a new style sheet. • Choose a Selector. The selector The selector can be a class, an ID, or an HTML tag. You can modify existing selectors using the CSS Designer or you can create new ones. • Set Properties for the Selector. After you choose a selector in step 2, you can set or change its properties — also known as creating a rule or editing one, respectively.
