  2. Executive Summary The following tables provide a three year comparison report of data for Division of Undergraduate Studies students at University Park. Data were examined starting with fall semester of the students’ cohort year and ending after five years (10 semesters). A majority of Division students begin the first semester in the unit (Originators), but others move into the Division after the first semester (Incomers). Besides those beginning their enrollment in the Division, students come from all colleges at Penn State. Students spending enrollment time in the Division graduate from every academic college at Penn State at a rate above or similar to the rate of all other University Park students. Both cohorts of students (Originators and Incomers) are successful at Penn State and are persistent in their choices of major following their enrollment in the Division.
