  2. effective management & quality performance Leonid Shegai – Director • Founded FORTE Language Services in 2013 and serves as Director • Acclaimed expert in business process optimization and project manager: - served as Deputy Director at JSC «USKO International» and has over 7 years of administrative experience; - provides consultancy services to companies in the filed of optimization of financial and information flows; - coordinates accounting automation projects; • Leonid graduated from the Academy of Law and Market with a major in Jurisprudence Has successfully completed business English course at KIMEP University. • MakpalAbdinova– Kazakh/English/Russian Translator • Makpal works on number of Oil&Gas, Construction and Mining translation projects with more than 10 years of experience • Prior to joining FORTE team she served as: • - Senior Translator of ATFBankKazakhstan • - Senior Translator of Bank CenterCredit. • Makpalhas successfully completed the US Camp Counselor program. She holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the Kazakh University of Humanities & Law. In addition the that, Makpal graduated summa cum laude from the Semey State Pedagogical Institute with a major in English Philology. • ValentinaMytnikova - English/Russian Translator • Valentina has over 12 years in profession. She is specializing in Corporate Finance, Legal and Periodicals translation. She has greatly contributed to the development of terminology databases and conducted Translation Memory trainings for translators. • Prior to joining FORTE team, Valentina served as: • - Translator at Translation Section of ABN AMRO Bank Kazakhstan • - Technical translator at IMS LLC construction company • Valentinaholds a Bachelor of Arts in English Philology from the Tomsk State Pedagogical University (Russian Federation). • Alexey Kim - Korean – Russian Translator / Interpreter • Alexey manages complex projects in the field of Banking, Corporate Finance, Engineering and Petroleum Engineering. He has 15-year experience in translating and interpreting. • Prior to joining FORTE team, Alexey served as: • - Risk manager at Kookmin Bank, Seoul, South Korea • - Credit Analyst at International Department of Hanwha Securities, Seoul, • - Translator at Embassy of South Korea in Kazakhstan. • Alexey graduated from Karaganda State Technical Polytechnic University with a major in Engineering Technology and holds a Bachelor degree in Finance and Credit from Kyung HeeUniversity (South Korea). • PavelKim Editor, Project manager • Pavelis a meticulous editor of technical texts with over 7 years of hand-on experience behind him. His areas of specialization include: Information Technology, Engineering and Petroleum Engineering. • Prior to his editing career at Forte Pavel served as: • - Technical translator at The National Institute of IT • - Software engineer at Zeinet & SSE • - Lead engineer at IT Department of JSC Bank Center Credit • He graduated sum laude from the Kazakh British Technical University majoring in “Computer Science” and holds a MSc degree from the above University with major in “Information systems”.
