Who are Peer Mentors? • Elected officials and senior municipal administrators • Highly experienced • Selected from each of the associations • Volunteers • Trained in coaching, communication, facilitation and dispute resolution – kept up-to-date with best practices

How does it work? • Its confidential • You initiate direct contact with a mentor through the phone or in person • You use the mentor’s experience and training to help resolve issues • Issues most often resolved through phone conversations • The mentor is only another phone call away for follow up or advice
