  1. Stack Xtreme Stack Xtreme Many high processed foods have a lot of trans fat, and that is what you need to stay away from. You place yourself at a higher risk for heart disease when you consume foods that have lots of trans fats. Trans fat increases the level of bad, or LDL, cholesterol while decreasing good, or HDL levels.Don't eat anything with microwave directions on the package. Anything that comes pre-packaged and just needs a quick zap is filled with a lot of preservatives that can keep weight on.You want to vary your diet, not just among the food groups but within the food groups themselves, making healthy choices, such as fish, nuts, whole grains, etc. When you eat a rich diversity of foods, you're increasing your chances of giving your body adequate nutrition without having to rely on supplements. Stack Xtreme Part of proper nutrition is to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits daily. The USDA recommends an average of nine to thirteen servings of vegetables and fruits daily. Although it sounds impossible, it is easy to consume that many servings. Have a glass of real orange juice with your breakfast or put tomato pasta sauce on your spaghetti. Eat plenty of fresh produce daily. The goal as suggested by the USDA is to eat at least 9 and up to 13 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Although it sounds impossible, it is easy to consume that many servings. Drink a bit of juice at breakfast and use tomato sauce at dinner. http://www.healthbuzzer.com/stack-xtreme/
