  2. Snapcodes Snapcode emails distributed on March 5 to all RETURNING students. The link to complete Powerschool Registration was included in the email. Snapcode emails have been sent on a weekly basis until the record has been submitted. Paper copies of Snapcode letters are available at your student’s school.

Powerschool Registration • Links may be found on the Huntsville City Schools Enrollment Page. https://www.huntsvillecityschools.org/departments/assessment-and-accountability/huntsville-city-schools-student-enrollment-and • If you forgot your account password, select the Forgot Password link under the login fields. There are two methods to recover password: • Email : A temporary password will be sent to your email. • Online: Answer security questions

  4. ONLINE Enrollment is on HCS Website

Proof of Residency • Annual Proof of Residency Required. • One current document in custodial parent/guardian’s name if address is the same. • Two documents LEASE/DEED/MORTGAGE and CURRENT UTILITY/CABLE bill in custodial parent/guardian’s name if address has changed. • May be uploaded to Powerschool Registration or provided to the school.

  7. ONLINE Registration for RETURNING STUDENTS Will Close on July 15, 2019 All Registration after July 15, 2019 will REQUIRE parents/guardians going to the school to complete registration and to provide Proof of Residency.

  8. Student Registration Status as of June 6, 2019 • Submitted Returning Registration Records: • 13,830 Returning Students • New student registrations submitted: • 815 New Students Average Daily Membership for 2018-19 23,051.75 students (Does not include PreK)
