  1. Setup.ampedwireless.com How to set up an Access Schedule in an Amped router? With the help of the Access Schedule feature, you have an authority to control the network by selecting the devices that you want to allow to access the network and the devices that you want to block. You must enable the Access Control function during its configuration process through the setup.ampedwireless.com window. Using this feature, you can block desired users such as employees, guests, and children. Steps to setup an Access Schedule in an Amped router 1. Open a browser on the computer connected to the router’s network. 2. Now type setup.ampedwireless.com on the address bar of the browser 3. You can also type the LAN IP address as the URL of the browser. The default IP address of an Amped router is 192.168.1.1 4. Hit enter and the default web management window appears on the screen. 5. Type “admin” on the username tab and type the login password on the password field. 6. Leave the password field blank, if you haven’t changed the default password of the login window. 7. Both the login credential fields are case-sensitive. 8. Click on the login button and you will be redirected to the setup.ampedwireless.com window. 9. From the main navigation panel click on the Access Schedule tab. 10. Enable the Access Schedule by selecting its checkbox. 11. Now, select the days for which you wish to enable the Wi-fi. You may also select the time frame for which the Wi-fi will get available in a single day. 12. Select the network to which you want to apply the desired settings to. 13. Click on the Apply changes tab and the settings will get saved. Note: A user has to make sure that he has already configured the System Time of the router to allow the schedule to function correctly. System Time of a router is the time displayed on a device for which you have operated the router. It works according to the Time-zone of the router that can be adjusted using the setup.ampedwireless.com window of the Amped router. Steps to change the Time-zone settings of an Amped router 1. Open a browser on the computer connected to the router’s network.

  2. 2. Type either setup.ampedwireless.com or 192.168.0.254 on the address bar of the browser. 3. Hit enter and the default Amped router login window appears on the screen. 4. Type “admin” on the username tab and mention the password you assigned during the setup process. 5. Click on the login button and you will be redirected to the web menu Dashboard of the Amped router. 6. From the main navigation panel, go to the Advanced tab, select the Management option then click on the System Clock tab. 7. The System Clock page appears on the screen. 8. Scroll down the page and take the cursor to the “Select your Time-zone” option. 9. Select an appropriate Time-zone according to the region where you are operating the router. 10. You can also adjust other settings like NTP server, Daylight saving, and Current time of the router. 11. Click on the Apply button when you are done with the configuration. Note: You can maintain the clock of the Amped router by syncing with the computer’s time over the Internet.
