Investigation of ERK1/2 and JNK Phosphorylation in the Lateral Septum Related to DHF
This study focuses on the phosphorylation status of ERK1/2 and JNK in the lateral septum, utilizing calseq analysis and examining the molecular interplay involving CamKII and GAPDH. Supplemental Figures 1 and 2 highlight variations in signal transduction pathways and protein levels (P-P38, P-JNK, and P-ERK) in response to dynamic heart function (DHF) conditions. Insights from this research could provide valuable information on the role of these pathways in lateral septum activity, further elucidating their contributions to cardiovascular processes.
