  1. How Do You Play Foosball Like A Pro? Foosball can be a deceptively easy game to play. Its concept is simple and its movements quite basic, but it takes a great deal of practice and patience if you want to be a serious foosball table gameplayer. Like classic pinball games, foosball is a game of skill and one that you need countless hours in practice if you want to make good progress. The secret to improving your foosball game is to adopt some type of structured and focused foosball strategy. Here are some useful tips to help you practice and play foosball like a pro: 1.Learn the ‘5-bar magic.’ The 5-bar is an excellent defensive as well as offensive tool. As a matter of fact, many foosball players consider it the most important handle to master. Many agree that the 5-bar is where the action and the real magic happens in foosball. Spend your practice time mastering and learning how to use the 5-bar as a defensive and offensive tool. One of the best ways to use the 5-bar is keeping possession of the ball among the 5-bar players, passing it back and forth and skipping over a player or two, while keeping horizontal control of the ball before advancing it through a shot or perhaps a forward pass to your 3-men. Side to side passes help confuse your opponent and keep them on their toes for what you will do next. The key is taking your time and being patient with the ball until you are ready to slip the ball forward for an offensive move. 2. During practice, make sure to keep opposing players in defensive positions, even when practicing alone. This will help you better simulate actual and real playing conditions. Change their placements periodically so you can practice shots dynamically. Don’t leave bottoms elevated

  2. to try practicing passing and shooting with ease. You want to make opposing positions as difficult as possible so you can be ready when playing against an actual opponent. 3.Practice 2-man shots. Back field shots with your 2-man can be difficult to defend against owing to the amount of space between the goal and the actual shot. When you pull a long shot with your 2-man, your opponent will have a hard time judging whether you are going to pass or you are actually aiming for the goal. These shots, however, must be done methodically and as fast as you can to be effective. 4.Practice 3-man goals. Three-man offensive shots can also be deadly. As a matter of fact, the 3-bar is where most goals are scored from. This is why it is also important to practice 3-man shots as much as you can when training. This said, you should also include quick passes and learn how to transform these back and forth actions into flick, pull, or push shots for more effective 3-man offense. One of the main keys to being a great foosball player is unpredictability. If you can practice how to make use of all your foosball bars effectively, it is easier to create a unique strategy that will confuse your opponents and make it difficult to predict your moves.
