Robert Breschard is a highly professional individual, with over thirty years of experience spanning commercial asset services, property and facilities management and construction in the northeast. Throughout his career, Robert has held many key positions with different firms, and presently he is serving CBRE Inc.
New York as Director Asset Services, dedicated to Connecticut and Westchester region. He supervises major capital projects, including chiller retrofits, energy management systems, lobby renovations and tenant installations. He has also developed, managed and supervised budgets, and financial performance of different commercial properties.
Cushman and Wakefield, New York (1982 to 1984) In 1982, Robert Breschard joined Cushman and Wakefield (New York) as Property Manager and successfully managed everyday operations of an 800, 000 square feet commercial office building. He was also responsible for the direct supervision of all building operations, and supervising the service contract performance and construction activity. Moreover, he played an important role in developing and implementing operating budget.
Winoker Realty Co. New York (1984 to 1986) Robert Breschard spent two years as a Property Manager at Winoker Realty Co. (New York). While holding this position, he efficiently managed day-to-day operations of 7 commercial office buildings located in midtown Manhattan, totaling 1.5 million sf. Other responsibilities included developing and implementing operating budgets, supervising mechanical, janitorial and security operations, managing construction and performing contract bid analysis.
JMB Properties, Inc. New York (1986 to 1995) • While working with JMB Properties, Robert undertook the responsibility of managing the portfolio of Class A commercial office buildings in Boston, Manhattan, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Connecticut, Syracuse and Delaware. He was also responsible for reviewing and approving annual operating budgets, building financial reporting and performance. He supervised the contract bid process and took part in the development of various marketing and leasing programs.
Professional Affiliations Robert Breschard is a BOMI designated Real Property Administrator and possesses many New York City Licenses, such as Refrigeration Operators License and Fire Safety designation. He also has NYC Salesperson’s License and is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut.
