  4. Current Focus • Central Business District • Arcadia Complex • 13 structures total • Residential & commercial space • 96ft parking structure Proposed Arcadia Complex

  5. Project Support • Revitalize the Central Business District • Catalyst for redevelopment of the boardwalk area • Estimated $87.5 million economic impact over 10 year span

  6. Project Opposition • Contradicts 1997 CAMA LUP • Negative impacts • Traffic • Sewage treatment • Stormwater runoff • Walling effect

  7. What’s Next? • Town council approved project • Must apply for CAMA major permit from DCM • Setback requirements • Amendments to LUP • CRC certification
