  2. Web Based Maintained by Unidev, St. Louis www.copsdb.org Login & Password obtained from the National Office for the President, Treasurer & Secretary-other board members with access must be submitted by the President.

  5. Tabs-Chapters, In the News, Officers & Members • Primary Contact=board member listed on page 2 of the chapter roster.

  6. Chapters Tab

  7. In the News • Articles found on Google with Concerns of Police Survivors as the subject or topic. • Clicking on the link will take you to the article.

  8. Officers Tab • Access to all fallen officers in database. • Officer ID= year killed & automatically assigned 1-3 digit #. • Search by year, state, first name, last name & department. • Clicking on the Officer ID allows you to enter the record.

  9. Officer Record • Case Number= PSOB Claim number • Flag = Used to identify Federal Officers for the National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service.

  10. Officer Record • Department Info. = Officer was killed while employed • This information can be compiled into a report for you.

Officer Record • Status Info. • NLEOMF Status: A=Approved, D=Denied, H=Hold, Blank=Undecided • Wall Year=Year Honored by NLEOMF • PSOB Status: A=Approved, D=Denied, H=Appeal, Blank=Undecided or no information available. • PSOB Year= Year claim was determined. • FOP Status: A=Approved, D=Denied, H=Hold, Blank=Undecided • FOP Year= Year honored during NPW • Bens. Status & Member Service are unused at this time • Memorial Service Number= # assigned by FOP Auxiliary

  15. Members Tab • ID= Member ID automatically assigned when entered. • Good search tool=Officer ID

  16. Member Tab • Pulls up all survivors linked to the officer.

  17. Members Tab • After entering the members record this is the page you will see.

  19. Members Tab • Events Link=Any Hands-On Programs attended by survivor. • National Police Week not included.

  20. Members Tab • Roles • Slain Officer Relation is used for letters sent to the agency

  21. Chapter Record • Change Type to C.O.P.S. Group • The board member listed is the primary contact for your chapter as it was designated on the roster.
