Director, and Instructional Coach Positives • Jean Days, Doughnuts, etc. • Handles classroom issues in a timely manner • Consistency with how things are handled • Extra staff to needed classrooms (ex. Tutor to Evans) • Attending IEP meetings Areas for Improvement • Observations • Communication in a more timely manner; responses to emails • Limit time at car riders (available to staff) • Big calendar of events in front office • Visiting classrooms and providing feedback

Addressing Areas for Improvement • Observations • Do a monthly calendar for observations • Meet with Elementary Director monthly to discuss progress • Provide feedback when doing walk throughs • Communication • Continue with the weekly newsletters • Meet every other week with grade levels to discuss concerns, etc. • Be more timely with responding to emails • Do a monthly calendar of events in the front office

Addressing Areas for Improvement (cont.) • Communication (cont.) • Limit time at car riders to be available to staff to talk • Meet with Jill weekly • Develop an organizational structure for the school • Test Scores • Finish the Accessible Mathematics book study • Implement Math Foundations training • I will model lessons when necessary • Provide teachers with the opportunity to visit other classes (Instructional Rounds)

Addressing Areas for Improvement (cont.) • Test Scores (cont.) • Research schools/teachers who are strong in specific standards and use them as models • Continue to meet with teachers weekly to discuss progress and plan for the week • Morale/Team Atmosphere • Continue with the jean days, doughnuts, cook outs, etc. • Send emails to staff as I see positive things going on in the classroom • Meet every other week with grade levels to discuss this • Discuss this in our SIT meetings
