  6. 信誉的来源 (8 - 10分钟)Resources for Goodwill 目标 • 收集并整理资料 • 使用实际数据建立信誉 • 观察并洞悉听众的兴趣 • 使用视觉辅助工具

  7. 具说服力式演说 (8 - 10 分钟) The Persuasive App roach 目标 • 融事实与情感打动听众 • 熟悉讲题如即席可得 • 和听众有共同兴趣/志向 • 说服听众并让他感觉受益

  8. 受质疑的演说 (6 - 8分钟)Speaking Under Fire 目标 • 缓和持不同见解听众的情绪 • 面对并回答问题 (另 8 - 10分钟) • 最终至少有听众认同某些立场

  9. 传播媒介的演说(8分钟)The Media Speech 目标 • 淮备一份对社会有益的讲稿 • 在电视录影机前持稿演说 • 注重声调及脸部表情

  10. 切记 • 不能超时,拖泥带水 • 总要让人信服 • 和司仪营造一个适当的场合
